Project Management

Personal contact

Before, during and after the completion of your translation project, one of our experienced Project Managers will be your personal contact to answer any questions that you may have and to keep you updated on the status of your translation. Your Project Manager is there to ensure that resources are planned efficiently and your project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Every translation project consists of the following steps:

1. Impartial consultation and personalised, non-binding quote:

Our Project Managers will provide advice on how to most efficiently handle your project in terms of costs and timing. Once we know your exact requirements we will create personalised, non-binding quote for you.

2. Order confirmation

With the help of the latest Translation Memory software, it is possible to cut costs on larger translation volumes, both now and in the long term.

3. Translation by a subject specialist

Your Project Manager will assign your project to a translator, who specialises in the subject field and who thus possesses the skills and expertise necessary to accurately translate your text. Any queries regarding terminology or the meaning of your text will be discussed with you personally.

4. Final control and delivery

Before delivering your translated text, your Project Manager will check the layout, formatting and ensure that any additional instructions have been fulfilled. If you have any questions about the translation, or further requests, your Project Manager will be happy to advise you.
